Coaching for those moments when you know something is changing, but you are not yet entirely sure where it is leading you.
A space to see yourself, your choices, your patterns and your next steps with greater clarity.
In Maribor or online.
Pressence brings together presence and essence.
Between the two, there is space. A space that opens when we pause for a moment, quiet the noise around us and let go of the need for immediate answers.
It is in this space that we can begin to notice more clearly what is truly ours, what matters to us and what is guiding us. Presence becomes a way of gradually moving closer to what is essential.
In the pace of everyday life, we often look outside ourselves for answers — in advice, expectations, ideas about what we should do, or in what we have always done.
Coaching creates a different kind of space — one where you can pause, look a little deeper and begin to recognise more clearly what is truly yours in this moment.
You may not have the answer yet. But you know that something needs to change.
There may be several paths in front of you, but you are not yet sure which one feels right for you.
What once worked no longer supports you in the same way, while what comes next has not yet fully taken shape.
The situations may change, yet the way you respond or make decisions remains surprisingly familiar.
You sense that you want to move forward differently, but the direction is not yet entirely clear.
Much may be in place, and yet something feels missing or no longer fully aligned with who you are.
You may be used to making decisions, finding solutions and being there for others — while missing a space of your own to think without pressure.
Coaching offers space for reflection, exploration and a clearer view of what you are experiencing right now. It does not provide ready-made answers. Instead, it helps you notice perspectives, connections and possibilities that can be harder to see in the pace of everyday life.
The focus is on you — your questions, your choices and the direction you want to explore.
Once things are said aloud and looked at from several angles, they often take a different shape.
You come to recognise your values, needs, beliefs, reactions and recurring patterns more clearly.
Not out of reflex or other people’s expectations, but with more understanding of what matters to you.
A question can open up possibilities that our settled way of thinking makes hard to see.
An insight matters most when it can be carried into a life, a relationship or a decision.
Not so that you become someone else, but so that you can act more in keeping with who you already are.
What matters to me is not to see you only through the goal, or the difficulty, you arrive with.
I am interested in the whole person.
Your experience. Your values. Beliefs. Feelings. Relationships. Patterns. The way you make decisions, and the way you have learned to move through the world.
In my work I:
Because depth does not have to mean pressure.
Many years of professional experience with people have shaped the way I work — along with a steady presence in demanding situations and an attentiveness to what is not always immediately visible.
What matters to me is creating enough space and clarity for you to see your situation from a wider perspective and move closer to what feels genuinely important to you.
We begin with an introductory conversation. No commitment. We look at what you need, and whether the way I work suits you.
What do you want to explore? What would be different if something moved?
We explore the thinking, the patterns, the values, the needs, the obstacles and the perspectives bound up with your situation.
What does this new awareness mean for your decisions, your relationships, your next steps?
Coaching is not a straight line. We keep checking what you need and where the process is going.
Confidentiality, clear agreements, professional boundaries and respect for your autonomy are, for me, the ground the coaching relationship stands on.
My work is not to take responsibility for your decisions, or to tell you how to live.
My work is to make a space safe enough and clear enough that you can begin to recognise your own answers.
Coaching is also not a substitute for psychotherapy, medical care or other professional support. If I judge that coaching is not the right kind of support for your situation, I will say so to you openly.
Reflections on self-awareness, change, patterns and decision-making — themes that often come into focus when the usual answers are no longer enough.
Not as a list of rules. More as an invitation to think.
Our choices often begin long before we become aware of them. You are in a meeting and you have an idea....
Preberi zapisOur first conversation gives us a chance to meet and explore whether my approach feels right for you.
